Once properly sealed, these plastic bags holding the fishes will then be placed into standard Styrofoam boxes and into shipping carton box if necessary, which complies with the International Air Transport Association (I.A.T.A) standards & regulations.
6. Airlines will then issue an air waybill as receipt of the shipment of fishes.
7. We will then immediately fax you the air waybill as confirmation the fishes has boarded the airline as scheduled. The fishes departs Colombo International Airport.
8. Upon arrival to the destination airport, customer can obtain the original air waybill from the air cargo office of that particular airline.
9. Proceed to customs / clearings to claim the shipment. In most countries the fish will be ins

pected by a Fish and Wildlife, Fish and Game, Animal Health Arm, Animal Quarantine, or other relevant authority.
10. Take the fishes home.
In the event of any discrepancies, take some pictures of the shipment package and check for any loss to be reported to the relevant airport authorities. Forward us a copy of the report and pictures including any DOA fishes for verification of any compensation due.
